For inspiration for your science fair project, you can view the NC Science and Engineering Fair Showcase from 2020. Students who competed in the state science fair last spring recorded videos of themselves explaining their projects and submitted abstracts for the showcase.
Science Buddies lists hundreds of science fair projects and have ideas for almost every topic. They also include the materials needed and possible procedures for each project.
Science Fair Central has resources for students and parents interested in research. Their website includes tips on choosing a topic, experimenting, and presenting.
